Founded by Ethan Perez Roque in 2020, we are a 100% locally owned tour operator based in Peru, dedicated to providing the highest quality tours of the Andean Mountain range and other majestic and marvelous sites that Peru has to offer.

The Peruvian tour operator landscape being overrun by purely profit motivated endeavours lit a flame of inspiration in our hearts to provide invaluable, insightful, and sustainable tours that pay homage to the people, environment, history, and heritage of Peru.

Built on the ethos of empowering our local community of tour operators and striving to preserve Peru’s environmental integrity, we have fortified our foundations by investing in reforestation efforts as well as our team of tour guides, porters and chefs who take our excursions from the ordinary to the unparalleled.

Graduated in business administration and has now transferred his expertise to the travel industry. German also has vast experience in the field of Tourism and puts his knowledge to good use! As a team leader and brilliant communicator, he has the knack for problem-solving in every possible sphere by applying global perspectives and considering even minute details, to find viable solutions.

Reservation Manager

Armed with a degree in tourism, Yolanda has worked as a guide and gained extensive experience in the field of tourism. She is a people person who enjoys networking and negotiating with service providers and authorities. She is a great team leader who is proactive, friendly, and helpful, and uses her natural talents to great effect where customer service is concerned. One of the maxims she adopts is that every new guest must be treated like the first guest, so everyone always gets her undivided attention!

Sales Specialist

Dinarid is an Anthropologist who graduated in Tourism and Hospitality. She is a specialist in tailor-made customer service and boasts prodigious sales experience with high-profile clients. She has worked with multinational tour-organizing companies dedicated to developing luxury adventures for exclusive clientele. Her wealth of experience is put to good use when designing trips or tours and planning itineraries tailormade to each individual or group: be it a honeymoon, family trip, secret hideaway, or action-packed adventure! She is committed to showcasing the best of her nation to every guest!
