MACHUPICCHU EXCURSIONS E.I.R.L. (RUC: 20608902563) strictly complies with the provisions established in Peruvian Law No. 29408 – General Tourism Law – and is firmly committed to the Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Travel and Tourism (ESNNA).

As a responsible travel agency, we declare that:

  • We reject and condemn all forms of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

  • We are committed to raising awareness among our staff, suppliers, and clients to prevent and report any situation linked to ESNNA.

  • We train our personnel to identify, prevent, and act appropriately in case of suspected incidents.

  • We will cooperate with authorities and report immediately any activity that could constitute exploitation of children or adolescents.

  • We promote ethical and responsible tourism, safeguarding the integrity, dignity, and rights of minors.

At MACHUPICCHU EXCURSIONS E.I.R.L., we believe that protecting children and adolescents is a shared responsibility. We encourage all our passengers, partners, and collaborators to act with integrity and report any suspicious behavior through the official channels of the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) or local authorities.
